This is Nowhere, a very small area just outside of the House (which is through that door, isn't that strange?). It is the first area you will explore, and acts as the introductory chapter of the game.
Lots of new things can be seen in this clip, but it by no means is representative of the final product. There's a lot missing here too.
I'm gonna see about making a "first 5 minutes of gameplay" type video for the game once the first 5 minutes are in a presentable state. You'll be able to see the House and more of Nowhere.
