Btw that's good because even though i drew the concept of the female NeoDriver, i never actually bring them into the Neo scene until i started making this

There, i finished making the second episode of NeoDrivers S3

I managed to finish this before the Japanese GP free practice session for 2 reasons:

1. Procrastination

and 2. School

gamejolters when they see drama

(its not like they can ignore it or do anything! its complicated!)
