the lore is as follows: a 12 year old boy named kenny was murdered one halloween night by a serial killer named jame miller, kenny had his eyes gouged out so he couldn't see what it was happening, when kenny was killed, he possessed a sonic 3 cartridge & knuckles, kenny possessed sonic's body and killed the assassin, now, the assassin possessing tails and is tortured by kenny now called gen.bin, who is with his mind broken to the point of not knowing what you're doing
