Getting close.

Progress may have been slow but things are getting done. Act 4's cutscene is done, so I don't have to worry about Act 4 at all anymore. Finally.

I've been adding and changing details as usual, as you can probably see by that screenshot.

I'm currently redoing the rare screens so that they look better. Next I will try to redo the jumpscares, but no guarantees that they'll look nice since I have little experience in animation. But hey I've gotta start somewhere I guess.

I also may or may not have gotten a new idea for Act 1 which will make it longer and more interesting. I don't know if I'll actually implement it or not.

And finally, I'm not sure if anyone's noticed but I removed the Episode 1 part from the title and thumbnail. I wanted to do a sequel for this but I feel like I just don't have enough content and story to make one. So instead of making a sequel that would most likely end up cancelled I'd rather only make 1 game. I'll try to incorporate the few ideas I had for the sequel into this game though, since I liked some of them.

One of the things I wanna do for my game engine is to add software (no rtx) whitted raytracing to get 90s cgi/blender internal shadows and reflections

Modern CPUs can do 90s cgi renders fast, I don't see a reason why modern GPUs can't do it in real time
