I'd have to say my favorite enemy design in gaming is probably Sif from the first dark souls game. I mean what can I say? Who wouldn't like a giant wolf with a giant sword?
I feel like Max Caulfield from Life is Strange counts, since she can kinda go either way depending on the choices you make. (I personally had her kiss Chloe on my first playthrough though)
