I think the reason why doesn't eat anything(anything that is meat), is because he takes in energy from the sun.

🙌Let me explain 🙌: Godzilla doesn't need to eat anything cause he takes energy from the sun, by using his dorsal plates/fins to absorb solar energy from the sun light, converting it into nutrients and consuming it or storing it into his body so he would use it to defend him(use atomic power) or have something to feed out of during hibernation or for later.

(Kinda like solar panels or plants like flowers and trees)
