Firesides were a pretty cool thing on Gamejolt that were like introduced last year and then they added streaming to them.
Eventually during 2022 I began doing them, and this is how I met/talked to some really awesome people.
However, now Gamejolt removed Firesides, (as well as Private Chat VCing IG) and this is sad.
Firesides were my main way of communicating with you guys with streaming, as well as showcasing all the garbage I did. We had some really good times on those Firesides, and seeing them gone is tragic.
However, Firesides kind of fucked with my schedule, which is (kinda) why both Random Nights at Randomness : The Future Of Randomness Recoded, and Random Nights at Randomness : The Only Ones Recoded flopped.
I just showed too much of stuff like Quest Mode, and the old Arcade Games, which is what caused me to lose motivation.
A similar thing happened to the old version of the Escape Mode for Random Nights at Randomness : The Underground Storage, where I showed too much of one part, which made me lose motivation to do the rest.
Either way, I'll miss doing Firesides with you all, but there is an alternative.
Livestreams.
I have a Youtube Channel, hell, most of you already know that.
Well, I may start doing Livestreams when I have extended breaks from School.
I did them back in 2022 as well as Firesides, and I kinda alternated between the two, but I did Firesides more often.
Eventually I just stuck with Firesides, (aside from a few Livestreams in later 2023) and now that Firesides are removed, I may need to go back to doing Livestreams.
However, the Livestreams are never as fun, as in Firesides we could watch Popee The Performer, Miney Crafta, Random Youtube Videos, add other cool people to the voice chat, and I can't really do that with Livestreams.
Some of my friends WILL be in the livestreams though, so I say it's worth it to come hang out for a while, and I may even post some stream highlights which I said I would post with Firesides, but that never fucking happened.
