Our dog sassy (which is a pug/chihuahua mix) who we've had for 12 years now hasn't been feeling well (we would look into a vet but they demand money before looking at her and we can't afford it, at least rn anyway), she's doing okay rn and is definitely blinking but she hasn't been motive today and has been laying down all day today which has us concerned. We're hoping she can push longer until we can try a vet or anything really, if not then I'm probably gonna be taking a slight break from game dev. We're hoping to god she won't pass before this weekend as the highest chance for us to go is this weekend hopefully.

I'm not canning anything, just having a thought of "damn, I really can't work rn as I worry", so it's wise I mention to you all I will be halting on stuff for the meantime. Unsure if she'll make it this weekend or even tonight, unsure but I haven't stopped coping with it for an hour now. Hoping she's just ill and will get better, she's been apart of our family for ages, unsure if I'll make a post if she does pass, but as an update I'm wanting to step back for a bit and hang out with her more at least until something happens.

Sorry for my wall text, just not feeling anything rn besides feeling down and scared about her rn, 12 years man... Right now we have her laying down and under a cover to give her comfort at least to see if she'll be all okay tomorrow or... not. Sorry for this being random, I just wanted to open up and say I won't be active for the time being and need a break from this until I stop my breakdowns over the thought of it or when I do have one. I want her to be okay tomorrow, genuinely she's been there through me and my families growth for those years and I hope she winds up okay soon, but I can't stop worrying.

Our other dog sookie is fine rn, but the thought of everything is making me feel extremely down right now man.
