Great Time Trio v3.0.2 Patch (Boss Rush mode fixes)

Skipping fights no longer causes items to be used in Boss Rush mode.
Skipping the game over screen by pressing C does not start you from the last fight you were in, instead it takes you back to the beginning, in Boss Rush mode.
Now when you retry Boss Rush Mode, your HP will return to normal, instead of staying at the HP you had when you started the fight.
