Growing mandala flower

These are really easy to make. Generally speaking Cellular Automata rule-sets fall into three categories of behaviour, exponential growth, chaos, and exponential decay. With a symmetrical seed, any exponentially growing rule-set will create these kinds of flower patterns. The second image is the specific rule-set that was used for this flower.

Introducing Frobbit! Originally made in 72 hours for Mini-Jam 79: Frogs on itch.io, it's been updated with new enemies and is now available on gamejolt. I had a lot of fun making this :)

Updated my Cellular Automaton project so you can record gifs of the things you create. So I recorded some cool machines I built.

Try it out at: https://gamejolt.com/games/cellular_automaton/439595, I'd love to see what you make.

I just figured out how to make gif's for my cellular automaton project, so have an evolving mandala gif :)

Went to a garden recently, brought my friends along 💚💚

Added some new unlockable weapons to my action arcade game Frobbit! Check it out, any feedback would be appreciated :)

zelda pixelart !!

Space invader jellies, and the cellular automaton rule that generates them.

Some shooting stars with hexagonal cells. I've been trying to make a machine that will shoot these out, but it's still a work in progress :)
