Stand Description:「Greatest Plan」crashes helicopters, whether the User is driving them or not. It's range is fifty miles, but it can only hijack helicopters in the air. The user will be free of harm during a helicopter crash.

Stand User Description: Charles Calvin works in the Government (or military) in the Henry Stickmin Collection, he is an insanely likable character and, unfortunately, dies in one of the endings.
