And I will tell u how to make the glitch affect
Step 1: First make a black line
Step 2: then do a light blue line in right
Step 3: then do a red line in the left
Step 4: then erase the colors like I did in the glitch affect or u can use white color
That's it :) it's pretty easy to make :D
