So I was going through the data of Sonic and all Stars racing transformed Mobile port. Then I saw something that did (BillyHatcher_Turning.dat) So this means billy Hatcher was supposed to be in the mobile port but was cut mabey do to time constraints or just they did work on him but they never finished so they just scraped him.
