gv oc and stuff + extremely slight "redesign" of xiao wu

AHEM so who is this green-lined gal and why

I cant answer neither of these in specific detail cause im still deciding a name and i wanna save most of the meat of her backstory for some google doc LOL. BUT she's FOR SURE Xiao Wu's Muse character. I had the idea that GV4 starts with Xiao, or the main conflict (for at least have the game) is caused by Xiao, mainly because he only got appearances in joke endings and because he was going to be a playable character anyways,,,,

The drawing of Xiao IS a somewhat altered version of him. I wanted to give him a look that said "I work with Sumeragi" without really having him in the executive uniform, but since the only point of reference I had for that was GV in the third game... yeah, that didnt exactly help, did it? I wanted to retain his original design the most I can, but it was so hard to be creative too...

His dual swords come from a concept design from when he was intended to be playable.

Why he works for Sumeragi is something I wont explain. Where the Muse character comes from is something I wont explain either. Wait till im done if you care!!!! *Axel says to the audience of 0*
