This game was a huge part of my childhood and it had so many elements that made it impactful and fun for me - graffiti, dancing, awesome music, awesome characters, and a badass storyline.
Being introduced to such a range of different music defined my music tastes. I honestly can dig anything as long as it sounds good to me. ^_^
From the very opening, you hear "The Concept of Love" and you get immersed in this funky world with street punks fighting against control. Following the GG gang, you recruit other skaters to fight back by racing them in crazy obstacles all over Tokyo-To, while doing it in style and with the right tune. :D
Hideki Naganuma, to me, is a God in composing for games.

My top songs in the game (in no specific order):
Sweet Soul Brother (B.B. Rights Mix)
Because of JSRF and wishing more games like it were made, it's why I am excited for this upcoming game that has a similar style!

It captures the same spirit, and I can't wait to see what it offers.
