Holy dooly! Has it really been 5 years since Five Nights with Mac Tonight was first introduced to the world? On this day, April 27th/28th 5 years ago? Wow, the series sure has come a long way since then!

But really 5 years is mad, especially the more you think about it the 2nd Anniversary game had released 3 years ago... Five Nights with Mac Tonight finished 3 years ago. And still seeing people even remember these games! That's crazy!

This series has changed my life really, helped me meet new people, new friends. And I'm still thankful to hear that this game is enjoyed by so many as well and I can't be any more thankful for that really. I know I've vented a bit when people asked for new games but in the end they appreciate this series at a point of still wanting more, even by how many I've done. Which I'm honoured by, but we all have limits.

I've learnt many things during this journey when it comes to 3D modelling, story writing, and just everything in general, looking back at the original first game to the 2nd Anniversary shows the progress we all experienced.

I understand as well that this series had many plot holes as the games went on, but if I were to be honest I never expected to do more instalments of Five Nights with Mac Tonight, originally it was going to start as it's own solo game, made for fun without really any story planned. Hence why it was made up as the games went on and things got a tad sloppy.

I made the remastered games to see if I could push the series to its limits and bring something new to the table, allowing me to keep motivation in what I do by seeing the change of how I handled that current version of the game compared to a few years back. But of course I'm not gonna make an anniversary game for every single year.
