Today is my birthday day!!!!!!!

First drawing towards my new drawing tablet so hope be alright at least. (Will do some improvement towards this and other drawings I be doing I will promise that but, be taking some time for sure)

I feel like some times that I always blame myself for problems or other things so that why I draw this also sorry not post anything it because I always be busy with my families or go different places so ya my bad for not posting.
