regarding the devlog, this video kind of reveals a lot of the main parts of the game (and devlog) -- so i've decided not to work on a devlog since most of it is shown in here

in addition, most of the work has been put into chapter 0, or the "prologue", meaning i'm going to try to push chapter 0 out in the near future (another contributing factor to no devlog)

(also i've made the game page for mature audiences since there will be some not so good things in this game -- kind of shown in the little video)
