Happy Spring Break!

I’m getting back into it after a while off. School is hard. I’ve whipped up a few 3D models and have stuck them in there, there will be more pipes at the request of Camshaft, and I am adding Loop-de-loops. The original single-player T3I had some loop-de-loops that I made out of puting cubes in a circle, these new ones are significantly better.

Wings! There is now a Tractor model with Airplane wings and little jet engines. the jets have a really neat particle effect, all I need to do is some refinement and add the script that lets you fly with them.

In a past article I hinted at a console that would unlock things with certain commands, that is still planned but for a different reason. A pick-up item on the map will give you the upgrade and the code, as upgrades/acheivments are stored locally. The code can then be used to activate your power-up on a different computer without getting the pick-up again. But then again, maybe not. The pick-ups will most likely be in easy to reach places.

That’s about it for today, I plan to work on this all throughout spring break.

Have fun,

~Navi
