Head's don- Hold on... a tie?

Bubblegum's head is officially done!

The only problem is the map. As you can see, 3 and 4 are tied with 0% on all other options. So, I will either make the map a fusion of only those two or add 2 to 3 rooms from the layout's which got 0%.
