The Purpedroids are robot henchmen for the supervillain, Purpetrator, although they were originally made to serve a different purpose.

These robot henchmen were created by Sai-Fai Labs in their conquest to make profit of war and the military. As the War on Terror started to arise, they made sure to create, experiment, or anything in order for the military to use their tech, and make hella profits. One of these things they made was the AA-4 Adaptable Android. Which mostly behaves and moves like a human, also being able to quickly adapt to whatever equipment they are given. Bulletproof too exept their core. Unfortunately for them, the military would reject their proposal. Purpetrator, an up and rising supervillain, would be interested in the robots. Sai-Fai Labs would tweak the robots' model to look more like Purpetrator, and having to actually dumb down the droids' programming in order to make them cheaper so they can be bought more. While still being able to adapt and be somewhat deadly, they sure aren't war-worthy as they are more clumsy, they work better in numbers.
