It is called something of a "Powered Sticker Heart Badge", better known as a "P.S.H.B Nail" for short!!!!!!! Legend has it that this thing was actually some sort of sticker/badge that use to be something to decorate your nails!!!!!! Yes!!!! It is a bit strange that we'd said it like that......But of course, it has a few minor League of Legends/Arcane references in there!!!!!
