Have you heard about Gorochu? If not, here's some info about it

Gorochu is a nearly evolution of Raichu. It's not the same as Pikachu nor Raichu. It has fangs and horns even different colours.

According to Sugimori, Gorochu was taken out of the original Pokémon games due to "game balance" issues, which makes you wonder what kind of skills it had beyond the electric attacks of Pikachu and Raichu

You need to try designing Gorochu. With fangs and horns with different colours.

You can't use any reference..if Pikachu evolution line refrence the fine.
