Here's an update on Retold's development!


Withered Golden Freddy has been finished for a while and Nightmare Mangle is now completely finished. I had to make the animations just a tiny bit smoother.
Fun fact: this is the first time I ever animated anything in Blender, so it's pretty cool that the animations look like they came straight out of FNaF World. (I'm a little proud of myself if you couldn't tell lol)
Withered Golden Freddy was animated by @Pyturret , Nightmare Mangle was animated by yours truly, and the models for W. Golden Freddy and Nightmare Mangle were modeled by @BennetJL .

All of the difficult stuff is done, so I'm here to list off the things that are next in line to get done.

  • DeeDee's fishing hole overworld sprite

  • New Fredbear dialogue

  • Somewhat new glitched Fredbear/yellow eyes dialogue

  • New OMC dialogue

  • Ending tweaks/new dialogue for one or maybe two endings

  • Making the radio sprite

That's basically everything that's left to do, though I do need to move some code over from the latest release of FNaF World Fixed as this is built off of it's MFA. lol

Other than that, development has been a little bit slower, though that just means there are less things to stress about.
I'd like for this to be a passion project, if I begin to see this as a job then I'll begin to lose motivation (which I clearly do not want to happen lol).
But hey, that means there will be more time for me to make sure that the release of the mod will be as bug free as possible. :D

Well- I didn't expect that. lol

Animdude will be getting an attack animation, as well as some "new" sprites to better fit the other non-FNaF Update 2 characters. (The new Animdude sprites aren't 100% finished, I still need to add shadows and so on. lol)
