It's a fight between two immortal (Herbert's blood basically prevents him from dying in the comics, and 049 was granted immortality by the Brothers Death) "doctors" who toy with life and death. Also, syringes.
Idk anything about Mouthwashing but I like how one of the characters is just straight up Chris McLean
