(Tbh I think I overreacted this request being insanely difficult since I haven't drawn a Gacha OC before)

New type of "NeoN' concept I made, it's like NeoN but he has star powers instead of neon powers.

Glow effects were made by me in Flipaclip tho.

His name is "Spatium-Stellae NeoN"
