It's an old Japanese series, it was made by Osamu Tezuka and it was made in 1950.

2.) What's the story of it?

It's about Leo a.k.a Kimba, who is the next Jungle Emperor of Panja's jungle (his father's jungle). He's a moral leader for good animals. But he's always surrounded by dangers.
