Here are some helpful tips when playing the game:

The "Nintendo Power" of Super SpongeBob 2 if you will


  • Holding Jump bounces you higher on bouncy objects.

  • If you get a Game Over, pressing start on the Stephen Hillenburg Tribute screen lets you quickly get past it (this works as long as you have the game open, closing and reopening the game gets rid of this ability until you Game Over again).

  • Crouching is very powerful in this game, find the right moments to crouch under stuff and you'll get away with situations unscathed.

  • Every attack in this game has dedicated safe spots to avoid damage (some are harder to find than others).
