German Hoffman is a married man with 3 biological children, and 2 adopted children.
He is an Ex Military Soldier from the German Army back in 2005, War started in 2006 when he was 11 years old.
yes, he did join the Army when he was 10 due to the fact that they were HEAVILY low on soldiers and needed anyone who knew how to hold a gun and fight. And even if they didn't know how to shoot, they would teach them.

The war lasted about 5-6 months due to Germans deathly blow when his so called "powers" came in when he was cornered by 5 Russian Soldiers all with their guns aimed at him. He caused an accidental Shockwave that had a LARGE Mile radius that killed up to a thousand soldiers and hundreds of wounded ones on both sides. (Germany and Russia)

Thanks to that blow, Russia retreated and Germany was announced the "winner" and managed to keep their land that Russia was trying to take over.

They went years without having to worry about any more wars. Many people praised German due to his ability and how he stopped that war, so he decided to stay in the army and learn much more properly. That was until he was 15 years old when he was being called up to stage by the General, the moment he stepped foot on a certain part of the ground it exploded. A land mine was placed right were German was going to step, this explosion killed the General and severly damaged German. Leaving half of his right side of his face completely blown off, due to this he was partially blind and deaf for quite a few years.
German's parents immediately decided that it was best to move out of Germany, as they went to the United Stated in South Carolina, Neio City. Though, his father seemed to of left behind his "Therapy Doll" that one of the soldiers gave German when he was in the army. A bright pink doll that seemed to of been made in the 1800's almost, yet still looked brand new despite that.

Now, German is 29 years old soon to be 30. Still living in Neio City where he decided to stay.
Though his life was never great in his eyes considering the fact that at the age of 18 he was told he had "DID" (Dissociative Identity Disorder) due to the very clear symptoms he had. The therapist had a feeling that it came from his trauma in the army, but they weren't so sure as these types of things were still slowly getting better knowledge and understanding.
His alter is known as "Enzo Rushman" someone who is a heartless man that actually enjoys pain more than anything, too a point he would purposely get into fights.
It was always clear that Enzo was much stronger than German himself somehow, but no one really understood why.
