Dartistic:Basically just Cyclops with level 1 autism(His lasers contain 12 gigawats of energy)
Transparent:He is just an invisible dude(i mean you can see it for your self)however he is immune to any light based attacks(his body bends them which means that with a laser pointer you can see him but not damage him)
Carefully when talking about him,you want to be his Yes-Men.
