Mr. Tinker from the sonic comics actually is a reference to early concept art back when Eggman could of been the protagonist instead of Sonic!
Very interesting reference and haven't seen anyone bring it up.

Balloon minigame has been reworked as I wanted to improve it for a while, now its way easier to play it!
