So not much with Tiny's, just have been working on the electrical room/breaker room. I have been working at my job and haven't been motivated a whole lot, would tweak things here and there. But what I've always have wanted to do was make a mini adventure thing that would be based around the main antagonist of Tiny's
As you have seen from my last post (right here ->) https://gamejolt.com/p/in-game-footage-of-a-project-mixing-two-games-together-a-night-in-escix8h4 , I am working on a small game about Kai, I haven't showed anything of him, I'm sure you guys have seen his name on the cast of characters on the Tiny's game page. So Kai is like a blue version of purple guy, and has purple eyes, but he's a bit more goofy as well as cocky I think. He doesn't really take things seriously, but he is still a psychopath and well stop at nothing to get what he wants. Kai has his own exhibit in Tiny's where he dresses as a blue bear, and he basically just asks questions, tells stories, and just talks. But the exhibit thing is something I kind of made up specifically for the game.
My plan for the Kai mini game was always going to be you talking to him through a window or something, and I tried to come up with reason why there's a window there and why you would be talking to Kai through it. So I just thought of it being a game or just some fun thing for kids in the Tiny's establishment.
I started this little project because I wanted to make something simple, and I had this desire to actually release a game for once, a finished, playable game. The Tiny's game is just so big and the detail for realism takes awhile, and I'll still work on it, but I think I need to work on something simpler for now.
I've also been inspired by the Night in the Woods, its a beautiful game and has a very simple style. I played that game a few times, and I was inspired to make something like it, and I thought "What if I collide Night in the Woods into Fnaf, and make it based around a Tiny's character?".
This game shouldn't take long unless something happens, and I lose motivation again for the hundredth time.
