The basic lore of this world is that in the 80’s there was a zombie outbreak all over the world and thankfully in the uk there was a cure that was made to not only revert people’s minds back to normal but a vaccine that could be used for those who has been biten to stop the spread of the zombie disease down to offspring and spouses, ofc some people got the vaccine and some didn’t which is why zombies still exist.

its 2007 and the world has recovered from the zombie outbreak of 1986, unfortunately however zombies were still popping up, many people have figure out that those who didn’t get the vaccine originally passed the zombie disease to their children and other family members, the way it works is that the people effected live relatively normal lives but when they die they don’t get to rest or reincarnate or whatever you believe happens after death, they come back to life as zombies with their bodies still in the condition they died in, at first the government didn’t know what to do and countless experiments were conducted to figure out if they were still “alive” in a sense able to live normally in society. However while results conducted they contained human behaviour and such they also found cases of most not being able to remember their human lives and an increase in hunger specifically towards human or animal meat with the, entering a bizarre state where aggression and increased strength were found.
as a result those who had these “zombie genes” in their family were forced to be vaccinated while they were still alive, these who had died were isolated and put in a distant town where they could still live relatively normally but had controlled contact with humans, there has been cases however of zombies escaping and biting people or even killing people who then turned into zombies.

The zombie disease can be spread in multiple ways:

-physical contact such as biting

-genetically (as in children of the parents have a high chance of developing it if the parents either don’t know they have it or refused to get vaccinated)

-sexual contact (with significant others or just random people)

these are the definiate way it’s spread.

roxie, chi chi, ludus as well as many others are zombies all live in a town called cemetery hill, all the homes were built to resemble typical council houses typically seen in Britain and is located somewhere in the south east, the zombies live relatively the same as humans do with many although not being to remember their past lives have found their families again as well as new ones, it’s watched over by Miranda the watcher of the undead who at this point in time is extremely fed up with her job and so torments with the minds and emotions of the zombies, from giving them curses such as with Roxie and chi chi to just showing a lack of care and using her powers given by lucifier for her own gain.

lucifier being unhappy with her recent Behaviour has sent his two birth daughters lae lae and ralila (to be baby sit) to assist with her duties, lae lae has mainly showed a lack of care and a specific fixation with ludus seeing her need to be loved and seen as a way to manipulate her, and raila has found a play mate everyone cheer.

… this is kinda all I got if I think of anything more I’ll probably add more but let’s gooo RTUL LORE YEAAAAAA I wanna talk about Miranda’s lore in a separate post but just know that she is inspired by cesare from big top burger as of recently (as well as me needing to reintroduce her character)
