Smile is an entity that lives in a containment facility, but got freed by a certain someone, and corrupts the entire world and people's minds for entertainment

He also travels to other video games/shows however he wants (he also destroys and reverts them back to how they originally were)

He's a different version of Nostalgic Hangout Smile and does different things than him

He makes people remember things (like Nostalgic Hangout Smile) and plays with their minds like they're his toys

He's also a god of my universe, don't mess with him (he'll might do something worse to you if you interacted with him, he's a lot worse than the NHG Smile) :p
