Here’s a rushed and messy review of Mr. Crocket lmao

I was actually pleasantly surprised with this movie, it’s has an interesting premise, the guy who plays Mr. Crocket (sorry I forget his name) does a PHENOMENAL job and is definitely the highlight of the film. I didn’t think this movie would be good considering it’s a Hulu original like fuckin’ Grimcutty or Slotherhouse, but it’s actually a bit of a hidden gem. I’m not gonna go into the plot because I honestly think you should go and watch it. Now granted it does have some low points like how a lot of the other characters they focus on aren’t that interesting or how some points of the film get kinda dumb and convoluted. But overall I think the film was pretty nifty, it has great practical effects, pretty creative kills, and half-decent to fantastic acting. If they made a sequel I could honestly see Mr. Crocket being sort of a modern horror classic like Smile or Terrifier since both of those franchises also had pretty rocky starts. The only thing really holding it back from that is the fact that it’s a streaming exclusive.

My final score: 7.9/10

Both the game and the TV show of The Last of Us have been praised for their depiction of Bill. In 2013, GLAAD described the game's Bill as being "as deeply flawed but wholly unique a gay character found in any storytelling medium this year."
