The story of Cain and Abel in short is Cain got jealous of Abel for having his sacrifice preferred by God. Take that to TADC and red is Caine's color meaning blue is most likely Able. Red kills blue. Or in this case merges because we can see them merge in the intro to ep 8. This explains why we see Caine have red and blue eyes. Abel is still there, keeping the angry parts of Caine sane. Also this explains how the circus is still in tact at the end. Able is holding up the backend just barley enough to hold it all together. Anyways have a great day :)

Supposedly, the motif used is "Darkness Falls" From Deltarune.
