Ground meat
1 egg
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
A pinch of your spice blend
A tiny pinch of cinnamon
Cheese (grated or chopped small)
Optional: 1β2 teaspoons of any alcohol you choose
Best choices: Barefoot RosΓ© or Dragon Fire Blue
Optional: Lemon juice for finishing
π₯ Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C to be safe)
Baking = no splatter, even cooking, low sensory overload.
2. Mix the base
In a bowl, combine:
1 lb ground meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1β2 teaspoons garlic powder
1β2 teaspoons onion powder
A pinch of your spice blend
A tiny pinch of cinnamon
A handful of cheese
Mix gently, donβt mash it into paste.
3. Add your chosen alcohol
After your tiny test batches, add 1β2 teaspoons of the winner.
4. Roll into meatballs
Pingβpong ball size.
5. Bake for 15β20 minutes
They should be browned and cooked through.
6. Finish (Optional, but recommended)
When they come out:
Drizzle a little lemon juice
Add black pepper
Add cheese on top if you want melty goodness
