first,prepare some tofu,putting them in the salt water for a while,in case the tofu get departed.

cutting the tofu into blocks

then put them into the pot while adding some stuff which is from the raw eggs get stired--the liquid of eggs.

waiting for the stuff get yellowed by the pot,taking them,placing other side.

start the fire,adding oil,garlic,green pepper and red pepper,then put the stuff(fried tofu) into the pot,adding a spoon of water,salt and light soy sauce,oil consumption.

braise them for 2 minutes,as soon as you are ready to pick them up,you could add a few chopped green onions to rise the taste of the dish.

k,there we go~ now enjoy the delicious tofu by the great frisk! YUMMY!
