hey guys ik this is random but I just had a panic attack like a real one where I felt like I couldn't breathe, I felt dizzy, like I was feeling like I was gonna die even tho I wasn't I have like almost never had a panic attack like this In years and-


I was scared and I don't feel good I'm constipated and shit and I feel like shit rn so I js wanted to get this out of the way rq cuz I feel like I'm struggling and things aren't real so like I really want someone to talk to but I do need rest I promise I'll be ok (I hope)
