I’m going to graduate from 8th grade to high school in a month, and the anxiety has been tearing through my brain for a WHILE. I don’t know why, but it just makes me terrified when it’s the day before school starts. I’m so sorry, but sometimes, I have to take breaks to calm myself down from the world or something.
