Rokka is more of a Karodomo God (Kaabi-god)

She is helpful and very "sharp-tongued"

she may look nice and sweet but get on her bad side and you regret it.

Here it is. It's a traditional Halloween costume for Kirb and it's for a event that kaabi used to celebrate.
