Heyo! It is April 27th, and that means it is time for an update, as it has been a month since the last.


So, no demo, still. Why? I'm just waiting on the special attack theme, and some other assets.

As you might've noticed, I asked for assistance via a post/form you could fill out the other day, and I got two people who signed up to be writers. What this means is my goofy dialogue is going to be rewritten. Which is good, because it could use a lot of improvement.

Another thing that's happening is the entire project being moved over to another version of the engine, again. I don't plan on redoing all of the attacks this time, though, so it won't be that bad.

The reason behind this move in engine versions again is: I'm just on an outdated version. The current version at the time of writing this is V7.6, I believe the version I'm using is V6.0. Though I'm not moving to 7.6, instead, I'm moving to a version of 7.3 with a significantly better overworld system than the one I have set up.

Surprise name selection mechanic. Probably not the best in the universe, and it is not like the original in terms of design, but, it works, yay.

I have made the UI round because I personally think it fits better.

I didn't make it myself, the round UI was made by DEL and I just put it in here.

Final Attack video because why not? I might modify it in the future, so nothing seen here is final until the new Phase 1 demo is released, but even then, things can still change.

so apparently, according to Gamejolt, I've been on Game jolt for a year. That's cool. Happy spawnday to me I guess.

I say I guess because I joined April 23 at like, 4:25 or something according to another source on this site, so is it actually my spawnday?

I discovered a file from the engine creator, @DEL866917 , that had a different blaster beam that I personally thought looked nicer than the engine's default beams, so I took the code over, and boom, the blaster's fire looks like this now.

I've updated the game page's thumbnail with a new logo by @Letwik .

The eye in the logo blinks.

Happy 9th anniversary to Undertale, people! I'm a day late but hey, better late than never, right? Have this silly attempt at drawing Gaster because I've got nothing else to show.

Got a menu theme, have a listen to about 7 seconds of it. Also settings button exists now. What's gonna be in it? No clue, I'll either figure it out eventually or get rid of it.
