Hi friends. Happy new year. I have an unfortunate, but harsh truth to share.


So, I have some bad news. As much as I would love to, I don’t think I’ll be able to release the game by this year. Late 2022 into all of 2023 lost me a lot of dev time due to mental and IRL issues. This year, the hope is that I’m in a much better spot and can get real/significant dev work going, but keep in mind I’m still a solo developer in high school, with next to no help irl, and very little help from online (however the help I have received from others online has been amazing). There is still so much left to do and so much of the game left to make, and my ambitions are very high. So, while the possibility of the game releasing this year isn’t 0, it’s very low :(

This year however, I pledge to do everything I can to make significant progress and make semi frequent updates here on gamejolt. We’ll see where we can go from there.

Again, I’m sorry about this, but it’s the unfortunate truth, and I don’t want to lie about it. Thank you all for understanding.
