Hi there!

It took a little longer than expected to finish this, but I finally did it.

Enjoy it (and read the article for all the details).

I leave you 2 versions, with and without text.

Bye!

I will show you a summary of the whole process.

Step 1: I photographed two figures that I assembled with random pieces to use as a reference for the highlights and shadows. I downloaded the original images of Dipper and Mabel to also use as a reference for the appearance and colors of the characters.

Step 2: I built Bill out of Lego pieces and took a picture to use for reference.

Step 3: I completely drew all three characters with photoshop.

Step 4: I drew all the bricks in the scene.

Step 5: I created the special effects and added the lighting effects. Then I played with highlights, contrasts, blurs and that shit until everything was just the way I wanted it.

As it usually happens to me, the initial idea became more and more complex as I progressed, but it's something I'm already used to. *facepalm*

If I discover a serious flaw I will correct it.

That's all.

Thank you so much. 🥹

KABOOOM!!!

My lego Bomberman.

This one was somewhat easier to build, and I quite like how it came out. I hope you like it. ^^

Have a nice day / night! 👋🏼

Here's a summary of the process of creating the moai drawing.

The WIP images are snapshots of my laptop screen, that's why they look so bad.

I drew @MemeManOfficial because it's fun !! :>

@KniteBlargh (My fan art).

One of the oldest users of gamejolt. A real living god (well, maybe I'm going too far 😅).

Read the article (especially you, Knite).

☝🏼😏 Guys...

I don't know.

Ahhhhh... There's nothing quite like relaxing listening to the seagulls and the waves of the sea (and your favorite music).

This laid-back moai knows how to enjoy life. 🥤😎👍🏼

My art.
