Anyways, just in case I don't get this question asked, if you're wondering why the FNaS 4 Halloween Edition are included in the game as skins instead of being part of the roster:

1) The characters in FNaS 4 HE function similarly to the FNaS 4 characters and it wouldn't really make sense for me to make them separate characters, especially since 4 HE is just modern day 4 DLC for FNaS 4 (in another words, FNaS 4 Halloween Edition is just, well, FNaS 4, but halloween).

2) Just so that the progress on this game won't extend by a lot with the larger amount of characters in the roster.

Just so the 4 HE characters may be somewhat represented from their slightly different mechanics (and that the Maniac Mania Mandates exist), the FNaS 4 cast's mechanics will be a bit different compared to the og Maniac Mania to the point where they somewhat function the same way as the characters do in FNaS 4, but have some aspects taken from the FNaS 4HE cast.
