Hoist bug fixes.


Hoist has been update with a few bug fixes. The most major was a physics bug that would cause the ship to sink almost immediately when frame rates dropped below about 50 FPS. In some cases, the ship would sink even before the player clicked start. This should be fixed.

I also added on screen controls and a message about the difficulty slider, as many players were missing the control scheme in the description, and using the mouse to controls the hoist may be somewhat counterintuitive.

Please let me know if you experience these or any other bugs so I can get started on squashing them.
