For some context for the many that don't know: basically for those who don't know, this is the prop of Top Hat from TUGS (which was a very short lived but very underrated show) that had been lost for one heck of a long time after TUGS ended. One day in the 2010s, Many of the original TUGS models where brought by a group of fans that put them on displays at stuff like events at railways but Top Hat was the only one missing from it, but now he's been found after all this time, noice 👍^^
