fixed the power drain veeeery slightly offsetting with different framerates (yikes!)
normal mode power drain w/ crazy bois has been nerfed ever-so-slightly more
rebooting systems early in normal mode w/ unforgiving errors now takes more power
rebooting with the warning now takes 1%, rebooting with no warning now takes 1.5%
(before, rebooting early would take 0.8% and 1.2% respectively)
using the door light in normal mode without having seen build/shed missing from the hallways now takes 0.7% power, instead of 0.5%
fully typing telamon's code increases exploiters mode builderman's kt a bit more
added a 1s window during mr. ghostfella's CB attack where roblox is unable to move
