Crimson Cove setup. Added new equipment. Added rewards.
Fixed home button bug on specific controllers.
Any button on the gamepad can be pressed to start the game.
Removed top tutorial platform.

Horde of Viscount speedrun done for Crimson Cove on Heat 1 with NO DAMAGE in 84 sec! This took the most tries so far than any other stage although it is the EASIEST late stage.
