the pokemon anime is better than the games, cards etc.
it actually entertains me for more than 2 friggin days.

the cards are fun and all but they get boring after you collect like 50 boxes worth (like me)

the anime is superior (kinda fell off after sun and moon) BUT its super good before that.

XY and XYZ are the best ones for me. I've watched a couple because i cant find any of the animes on like websites. i've watched unova, sun and moon, xy, xyz, journeys. and im pretty sure thats it for now)))))

but FR the anime makes you actually put time into it unlike other pokemon games where you beat it in 3 - 4 days lol

but bro the characters!! they have so much charm! they don't jsut blankly stare into the void like in the cards and games.

they have actual personality! + team rocket are obviously the best characters in the entire anime by far.

i like ash and his friends and all but team rocket has so much sass and stuff

(i miss indigo leauge and a lil after that days) BECAUSE THEY HAD SO MUCH SASS LOL i loved it so much. team rocket was S tier but now their like B - A tier because they lost alot of sass etc in the newer animes.

what im trying to say is old pokemon anime was superior + the pokemon anime in general is superior to almost any type of pokemon media or cards or sum idk.
